At Murli Tea Company, customer satisfaction is important to us, and we take great care in packing every order to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, customers can return the product within 3 days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions below.
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged during transit
- The product is defective or expired
- An incorrect product was delivered
Reporting an Issue
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if they receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product.
To process a return or refund request, customers may be asked to provide:
- Order details
- Clear images of the product and outer packaging
Refunds & Replacements
Once the issue is verified, Murli Tea Company will initiate a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and customer preference.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Approved replacements will be dispatched and delivered within 5–7 business days from confirmation.
Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on Murli Tea Company’s part.
Policy Limitations
Murli Tea Company reserves the right to decline any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
